How Appointments Work

1. Book Your Service

Choose the service that best fits your vehicle and schedule your appointment online.

2. We Reach Out Before Your Detail

After booking, we’ll contact you to ask for pictures of the vehicle and anything important we should know, such as pet hair, stains, heavy dirt, odors, paint condition, or specific problem areas.

3. You’ll Receive an Estimate & Service Agreement

Based on the pictures and information provided, we’ll send over an estimated price along with a simple service agreement form so everything is clear before your appointment.

4. We Confirm the Day Before

The day before your scheduled detail, we’ll reach out to confirm your appointment, arrival window, and any final details.

5. Final Walkaround & Exact Pricing

When we arrive, we’ll walk around the vehicle with you, inspect the condition in person, answer any questions, and provide the final price before starting the detail.

6. Final Walkthrough After Completion

Once the detail is complete, we’ll show you the finished vehicle and make sure everything looks right before wrapping up.

7. Easy Payment After the Detail

After the service is completed, we’ll send an invoice for payment.

Our 24-Hour Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. After your detail, you have 24 hours to let us know if there is anything we may have missed or anything that does not meet expectations. We’ll do our best to make it right because we want every customer to feel confident choosing PRYSM.
